Florida Vacation
We went to Florida (Panama City Beach) for my dad's retirement from the Air Force, and to hang out with family. We had a great time, and didn't want to leave. But life goes on and we have jobs, so we are back in Massachusetts.
The flight down there was good, a little early, but good. My parents and my older sister live down there. My younger sister flew from Alaska and hung out with us for a week. We went to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and the movies, (something I never get to do). All in all it was a great 10 days, and I'm happy to say no trips to the ER!
Now the trip home was another story. It started off good. We got to the airport early, we made it to the gate, got on the plane and then Keegan started pulling on his ears and he felt a little warm. The flight wasn't bad. We landed with just enough time to grab lunch and run to our next gate. We thought we could eat our sandwiches really fast at the gate before they started boarding. But when we got to the gate, they were already boarding. I had bought some children's Tylenol and was giving it to Keegan as we were waiting in line to board. Of course he swallows it wrong , and chokes and coughs and then throws up. Courtney is now saying ewwww and looks as though she is going to throw up. I am cupping my hands under Keegan's mouth so he doesn't get throw up everywhere, and everyone around us is just staring at us like we are putting on a show. Thankful someone had a little bag so I could clean Keegan up. Courtney recovered without throwing up and somehow we made it on the plane and in our seats in time for take off.
When we left for Florida, we were running a little behind, and in our haste forgot to lock our van. So the whole trip we had been worrying about the fate of our van. After arriving in Boston, Nathan ran out to check on the van, and thank God, nothing was stolen. We drove home and grabbed some dinner, then it was off the ER for Keegan and me.
So after being in the waiting area for about an hour, (which was crazy, because we were the only ones there), Keegan was finally seen, and has an ear infection in both ears. But he is feeling much better now. What a great way to end our vacation.

I hope Keegan is feeling better now. I love the pictures. Your story sounds like our everyday life in a nutshell it goes well for some of the time and then craziness breaks out. As if from nowhere. We love you guys and your spirit. Talk to you again soon.
