Courtney's hearing test went really well. She sat in a sound proof booth while the Doctor played sounds through speakers located in opposite corners of the booth. Courtney looked in the direction of each sound. She heard all the sounds, so there is nothing wrong with her hearing.

After the hearing test, the Doctor did a middle ear test to check for fluid in the ears. And it turns out that she does have fluid in her ears. So she is hearing everything muffled. That could be why she is not pronouncing her words very well, and why she has no volume control. We have to talk to the Pediatrician about what to do next.

Keegan is doing good. He has been taking a few steps here and there. He is still building his confidence. But we are very excited he is making an effort to walk!! He is trying to say new words. At church they had apples, so the whole drive home, Keegan kept saying "apple." It was very cute!
