ALS Graduation

Nathan graduated from ALS, (Airman Leadership School), on March 21. The pictures that I took at the ceremony turned out very dark, and you can't really see anything. But it was a nice ceremony, and the kids were actually pretty good. They didn't fight or scream or yell. It was great. The kids and I left early though. Right after Nathan got his diploma. Courtney was very happy to be wearing a dress. And Keegan didn't pull off his bow tie. They both looked very cute.

Joke #2

A Sunday school class was discussing the story the teacher had just read.

"What can we learn from the story of Jonah and the whale?" the teacher asked.

"One of the children answered, "what we learned is the people make whales sick."

My Teeth

So I went to the dentist today to have fillings put in. And wow, it hurt. I guess I have a super sensitive tooth, and it took 3 shots to numb it enough so she could drill it. The whole right side of my mouth was numb. I couldn't feel anything. I still have one more tooth that needs a filling on the left side, but she told me I should wait a couple of before she did that one. I am so glad my right side is done.

Keegan is getting better at walking every day. Although, he has no balance when wearing his winter coat. It's kinda funny. I stand him up, and he just falls over. Poor kid.

Courtney got a princess dress awhile back from my aunt, and is now she tall enough to wear it without it dragging on the ground. She loves it. She dances and sings and jumps around the house in it. She would probably wear it everywhere if I let her.

Keegan's walking

Yeah!! Keegan started taking a few steps about 2 weeks ago. Now he is walking a lot more. I think he still prefers to crawl, because he can get places faster that way. But he is very excited to be walking like Courtney.

Courtney had a follow up appointment about the fluid in her ears, and the doctor put her on an allergy medicine, telling me that usually drys out any fluid. After about a month, if that doesn't work, then we will start considering tubes.

Keegan started calling Courtney "mama" this week. She just looks at him like he is nuts. It's kinda funny. He also started calling Dora "apple". Not sure why. But ever time he sees her, he points and says "Apple"!
